Pick a size, material and complexity, then share a photo, a mood or a design from our shop.
Approve design & samples
We confirm the artwork days and send a rendered design and firm quote, with colors matched from our 1,680-color pom box. For a physical sample, we tuft one within 15 days and courier it to you.
We tuft & deliver
Your rug is tufted by hand over its artwork days, finished over about 10 more, then shipped door to door.
